Accessible tickets

All accessible tickets include a free companion who must be a responsible adult over the age of 21. If you do not have an accessible ticket but require a companion, please contact the Visitor Services team on access@alexandrapalace.com.

Only early bird accessible tickets include access to the accessible viewing area.
